🔒 Your file never leaves this device. Conversion runs in your browser. There are no uploads, no cookies and no trackers. How we know

How it works

1

Export from your platform

Download your Etsy monthly statement, Stripe itemized reports or PayPal activity report as CSV. Each guide below shows the exact clicks.

2

Convert in your browser

The file is detected automatically. Amounts like -$0.45 or 1.250,00 become plain signed numbers, dates use one consistent format, and zero rows and memos are dropped.

3

Upload to your books

Import into a clearing account in QuickBooks Online or Xero, categorize with bank rules, and match payouts to your checking deposits as transfers.

Questions

Is my financial data uploaded to your servers?

No. The converter is a static web page, and all parsing and conversion happens in JavaScript inside your browser. Your file is read from your disk into memory and the result is written straight back to your Downloads folder. The page loads no analytics, ads or third-party scripts, and its Content-Security-Policy only allows it to talk to its own site (used only to confirm a purchase after Stripe checkout, never for file data).

Which exports are supported?

Etsy Monthly Statement CSV and Etsy Sold Orders CSV; Stripe itemized “Balance change from activity”, itemized Payouts and the Dashboard balance-transactions export; and PayPal Activity download CSV (any localized number format). The output can be QuickBooks Online 3-column, QuickBooks Online 4-column or Xero bank statement CSV.

Why not just connect the bank feed?

Use the feed if it works for you. People reach for CSV when the platform has no feed for their software, the feed only goes back 90 days, fees are missing because only net payouts show up, or they're catching up on months of history at tax time.

How should I categorize the lines?

Import into a dedicated clearing account (for example “Etsy Clearing”). Then sales go to income, fees to merchant fees, ads to advertising, and payouts/deposits are transfers to your checking account. Ask your accountant how they want marketplace-collected sales tax handled.

What happens to files with thousands of rows?

They convert in seconds. QuickBooks limits uploads to 1,000 lines, so larger outputs are split into numbered parts automatically.
