Terms of Use

Draft pending legal review. This document has been prepared for launch but has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. Reliable Loop should have it reviewed for California, US and (if selling to the EU/UK) GDPR requirements before relying on it.

Effective date: the date this page is first published (to be set at launch). These terms are between you and Reliable Loop, 588 El Camino Real, Unit 167, Santa Clara, CA 95050, USA, which operates PayoutToBooks.

  1. The tool. PayoutToBooks reformats CSV exports you provide into import files for accounting software. It does not give accounting, tax or legal advice.
  2. Your responsibility. You are responsible for reviewing converted data before and after importing it, and for how transactions are categorized in your books. Keep your original exports.
  3. Plans and billing. Payments are processed by Stripe. The 30-day pass is a one-time payment that unlocks Pro for 30 days and does not renew. Pro monthly and Pro annual are subscriptions that renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown in USD. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
  4. Refunds. If the converter doesn't work for your file, email support@payouttobooks.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
  5. Licenses. A Pro purchase is for one person and may be activated in a limited number of browsers. Don't share unlock links or tokens, and don't try to get around the free-tier limit.
  6. Acceptable use. Only convert files you are authorized to use. Don't attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the purchase-verification service.
  7. No warranty. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Platforms change their export formats without notice, and while we test conversions carefully, we don't guarantee that every file converts correctly or that the Service will be uninterrupted.
  8. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, Reliable Loop will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
  9. Trademarks. Etsy, Stripe, PayPal, QuickBooks and Xero are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe compatibility. PayoutToBooks is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
  10. Changes. We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
  11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where your local consumer law requires otherwise.
